My Solutions: Our intranet redesign, including countless hours of reorganizing the content from every department. Before starting this process we worked with the UX research team to gather surveys and interview employees to gain insights into what would best serve the employees. Finding their pain points across the sites to address those needs to improve the employee experience. Additionally working within the constraints of an intranet platform that is locked in terms of coding modifications. These refreshed pages serve to enhance the Advior360 employee experience.
